Whittier Neighborhood AssociationThe Whittier Neighborhood Association (WNA) has been in existence for over 20 years. It began as a small group of concerned neighbors working together to create a safer and healthier environment in which to raise their families and live. The group has grown and goals have been added, but improving the neighborhood is still a top priority for the WNA. Your membership and participation are encouraged and welcomed!
